I offer a range of meeting preferences and charges in an attempt to help make my counselling service available and affordable for all.  I do offer concessions so please ask me as I keep 3 slots/week free to offer these concessions.

The first session is always charged at £20. (This will help you establish if you feel you can work with me.  Also, I will be able to explain how we can work together and what we can likely achieve together).

I offer sessions Online using either Video (zoom) or the Telephone.  Sessions typically last between 50 mins and an hour.

Appointments between 9am and 5pm £40

Appointments between 5pm and 9pm £50

Online sessions are the cheapest option since I do not need to rent, heat and power a therapy room.

I offer face to face sessions at two locations.  Sessions typically last between 50 mins and an hour.

I offer a sliding scale of fees for people on low incomes. 

There is an element of trust here and I trust you to be honest. 

You are able to block book 6 sessions with me giving you a great bulk saving of 20% against standard fees.  This offer is for a total of 6 sessions and is payable in advance.

6 Online Sessions between 9am and 5pm £192 (Works out at £32/session)

6 Online Sessions between 5pm and 9pm £240 (works out at £40/session)

6 Face to Face Sessions between 9am and 5pm £240 (works out at £40/session)

6 Face to Face sessions between 5pm and 9pm £288 (works out at £48/session)

You can pay for your sessions in multiple ways.

I take cash and cheque payments.

I accept bank transfers.
